By accessing and using NumberAlchemy (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

NumberAlchemy provides numerology calculation and interpretation services, including:

• free readings with selected core numbers and interpretations;
• paid complete reports with wider analysis and forecasts;
• personalised interpretations based on Pythagorean numerology; and
• downloadable PDF reports for eligible purchases.

You acknowledge that numerology is a reflective spiritual practice rather than a science.

• Reports are provided for personal reflection and entertainment.
• They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• We do not guarantee that every interpretation will feel accurate or applicable.
• Your experience and response to a reading are personal to you.

When using NumberAlchemy, you agree to:

• provide accurate information for report generation;
• use the Service only for lawful purposes;
• not interfere with, reverse engineer or compromise the Service;
• not publish or commercially redistribute a paid report; and
• respect NumberAlchemy’s intellectual-property rights.

Payment is required before a complete report is generated.

• Checkout is charged in GBP; any USD amount shown is an estimate.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Because the report is a personalised digital product, sales are generally final.
• Refunds may be considered where a verified technical issue prevents delivery.

The NumberAlchemy design, copy, calculation software, personalised interpretations, reports and other original materials are owned by NumberAlchemy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may keep and use a purchased report for personal purposes. You may not copy, sell, publish or redistribute it without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind;
• NumberAlchemy is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a report;
• we are not liable for indirect loss caused by interruption, data loss or third-party services; and
• our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Service.

Your use of NumberAlchemy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used and protected.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NumberAlchemy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
